Q : How to place order 

A:- Select which size magnet you want (S, M, or L);
    - Choose your best photos📸 - from Instagram, Facebook, and phone memory;
    - After the order has been placed, send photos
We offer two  options for submitting your photos for custom photo magnets:

Email: You can email your photos to us directly. This is the best option if you have multiple photos to send.

Upload : Drag and Drop and files from :

                 Local files, Google photos, or Drop box

Q : Processing time :

A:1-2 business days.
    But this time only starts after we receive your photo. To avoid delays, please send          your photo as soon as possible after placing your order. Keep in mind that overall          delivery times can vary based on your location and shipping method. The delivery          estimates shown in the listing may differ from your actual delivery time, as they              were  captured earlier. Once your photo is submitted and your order is processed,          we’ll provide the most accurate and up-to-date delivery estimate for you

Q: Shipping Time

A :~ 2-4 business days by USPS.
    ~ If you want to ship by UPS please contact us to change the shipping method                 (extra cost to ship by UPS required!).
